Purpose

To drive industry-wide adoption of the HIRC Standards, we will launch the HIRC Academy, offering pre-developed playbooks and a series of in-person educational events focused on real-time learning, engagement, and networking.

Problem to Solve

Limited member engagement and adoption of the HIRC standards. Members are struggling to understand how to operationalize the HIRC Standards within their organizations, limiting their ability to implement and benefit from them effectively.
