To increase HIRC’s visibility and impact, we need to improve membership scale and engagement. We need clear messaging on membership value and engagement opportunities. Coordinated outreach and group onboarding will enable recruitment. Journey Maps and a dedicated Client Success Manager function will amplify engagement.
Without growth, HIRC may stagnate and standards adoption won’t scale. Without broad engagement, expectations may fragment. This council is charged with elevating outreach and engagement.
